MedScholar is a leading overseas education consultancy specializing in MBBS Abroad admissions. We guide aspiring medical students toward top NMC-approved universities across Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other international destinations. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead for MBBS Abroad Counselling who can independently manage the complete student admission journey and handling the counselling team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad opportunities across multiple countries and universities.

Guide students on eligibility criteria, NEET requirements, NMC guidelines, fee structures, scholarships, FMGE/NExT considerations, and university selection.

Handle complete admission cycle including lead handling, counselling, follow-ups, conversions, university applications, documentation, offer letter process, visa assistance, and pre-departure guidance.

Manage and lead the counsellor team to achieve admission targets and operational efficiency.

Train, monitor, and mentor counsellors to improve counselling quality and conversion performance.

Handle teams and ensure smooth coordination between counselling, admissions, and operations departments.

Maintain strong lead-to-admission conversion ratios.

Coordinate with universities, admission teams, visa departments, and backend teams for smooth processing.

Conduct seminars, webinars, career counselling sessions, and education fairs.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and channel partners.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular reports for management.

Stay updated with changing NMC regulations, visa norms, and international admission policies.
