Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Team Lead at Cloud Kitchen Network. The Team Lead will manage and mentor a team to achieve project milestones, ensure operational excellence, and drive the execution of business objectives. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee daily operations, resolve challenges, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to support the growth of the organization.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals.
• Strategic planning and project management experience to drive successful completion of initiatives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
• Experience in the food and beverage or entrepreneurial industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in organizational tools and technology to streamline operations and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
