Were Hiring || Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)


  • Location: Mumbai Malad


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center roles
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
  • Drive sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, vendor management & employee referrals
  • Ensure adherence to TAT, SLA, and hiring quality metrics
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and operations for manpower planning
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data analysis
  • Conduct interviews and ensure proper candidate experience


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 47 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring mandatory)
  • Prior team handling experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of BPO/Contact Center hiring
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & recruitment MIS reporting
