Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.
• Validate Non-Life Insurance modules such as Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Renewals, and Billing.
• Identify, track, and report defects using defect tracking tools.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience in Non-Life / General Insurance domain.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
• Good understanding of Insurance workflows and business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
