Location: Thane, Mumbai

Stipend: 15,500/-

Role Summary

The ATM Monitoring Executive will monitor ATM machines to ensure their availability and smooth operations. The role involves tracking ATM status, identifying issues such as cash errors, network failures or hardware errors and coordinating with internal teams, banks, and vendors to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor ATMs using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Identify alerts related to cash low, cash out, network failure, or hardware issues.
• Log incidents and escalate issues to the respective support teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and service vendors for issue resolution.
• Follow up on open incidents until closure.
• Update incident status and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation

• Update daily monitoring ticket/tool and basic MIS reports.
• Maintain proper records of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• Familiarity with MS Excel (basic level)
• Willingness to learn ATM and monitoring systems

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate (Commerce / Science / IT preferred)
