We are looking for an experienced Success Factor Functional Consultant for our client

Role: Success Factors Functional Consultant

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Onsite-5 days

Duration: 6 Months+ possible extensions

Location: Mumbai, India

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC) and LMS Design, develop, and manage API-based integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party HR, payroll, or business systems using OData APIs, SFAPI, and Integration Center.

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications aligned with HR best practices

Configure and maintain LMS modules including course catalogues, curricula, learning assignments, compliance training, and reporting.

Manage Employee Central configuration org structures, position management, workflows, business rules, and MDF objects.

Support system upgrades, release management, and bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors updates with impact assessments.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR technology solutions.

Provide post-go-live support, training, and knowledge transfer to HR teams and end users.

Must-have skills

Employee Central, LMS, API, Integration, OData/SFAPI, Integration Centre, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Position Management, HR Process Knowledge.
