Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Application Head, based in Kozhikode. Key responsibilities include managing university admissions processes, guiding scholarship applications, coordinating education loan facilitation, and providing personalized support for visa and travel documentation. The role involves developing strong relationships with students, institutions, and financial partners, ensuring a smooth and effective application experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in university admission processes, scholarship applications, and document preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to guide and support students effectively
• Proficiency in multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving to manage diverse student cases
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa requirements
• Experience in working collaboratively with universities, funding institutions, or student onboarding teams
• Proficiency in using application management tools or educational technology platforms
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
