We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Studio Manager to oversee studio operations, project coordination, client communication, and internal workflow.

The role involves coordinating between clients, vendors, consultants, marketing teams/agencies, and the design team to ensure smooth execution across projects and studio activities.

Key requirements:

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage timelines, schedules, follow-ups, and documentation

Experience with procurement, invoicing, and project coordination

Proficiency in Notion and project management systems

Calm, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach

Prior experience in an interior design or architecture studio preferred

Looking for someone responsible, efficient, and capable of taking ownership in a fast-paced creative environment.
