Studio Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our design studio. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and studio managementensuring that both our creative and administrative ecosystems run seamlessly.

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, including invoices, expenses, and purchase records
• Prepare and organise financial documents for review
• Coordinate closely with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for compliance, filings, and reporting
• Track payments, receivables, and vendor dues

Inventory & Production Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of product inventory
• Track inflow/outflow of materials and finished pieces
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure inventory alignment with ongoing projects
• Support basic costing and material usage tracking

Studio & Office Management

• Oversee daily studio operations and administrative needs
• Manage vendor coordination, supplies, and procurement
• Ensure systems and processes are organised, updated, and efficient
• Maintain documentation, filing systems, and internal records

Who You Are

• Highly responsible, organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic accounting systems
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with design studios, craft-based production, or small business environments is a plus

Tools & Skills

• Working knowledget of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar)
• Comfort with documentation and process management
• Must know English
