Location: Pune

Duration: Full-time

Are you a passionate Civil/Structural Engineer ready to take on exciting challenges in substation structure and foundation design? Join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact power projects!

What Youll Do:

1. Design and analyze substation structures and foundations.

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and reports.

2. Develop Material Take-Offs (MTOs) for substation components including steel supports, transformers, switches, insulators, and more.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.

What You Bring:

B.E. in Civil/Structural Engineering

3+ years of experience in Substation Structure & Foundation Design

Hands-on with STAAD.Pro / RISA 3D / ETABS (or equivalent software)

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D

Strong analytical and technical writing skills

A collaborative mindset and great communication skills

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in the substation domain, with 3+ years of experience in structural design.

Candidates with hands on experience on:

1. AIS Substation design and structural foundations

2. Structural analysis using STAAD.Pro / RISA 3D / RISA Foundation / ETABS

3. Experience working on US/International projects and familiarity with American codes/standards

4. Design experience in AIS/GIS substations

5. Preparation of engineering drawings, load calculations, and Material Take-Offs (MTOs)

6. Exposure to Oil & Gas / Power / Solar PV projects (structural scope)

7. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D
