About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership Strategy & Operations - Associate to act as the operational backbone of our internal business processes. This is a build-and-scale role where you will work at the intersection of product, business and operations to architect systems that can withstand hyper-growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable operational frameworks, ensuring seamless implementation and tangible business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connection between Product, Ops, and Business teams to align objectives, remove friction, and speed up project delivery.
- Data-Backed Strategy: Leverage analytics, SQL, and KPIs to build dashboards that monitor health, identify bottlenecks, and inform critical business decisions.
- Process Architecture & Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in workflows and automate or standardize them to drive operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage complex projects with multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and high-quality outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 engineering institute (e.g., IITs, BITS, NITs).
- 03 years of experience with a strong drive to create meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior exposure (through internships or full-time roles) to Program Management, the CEOs Office or Strategy & Operations within a B2C organizationpreferably in Fintech or E-commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with unstructured data, derive insights, and drive data-backed decisions (Excel/SQL proficiency preferred).
- Execution-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to design, optimize and scale operational workflows.
