Samshek High Fashion is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented inventory executive for our garments export unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain stock records of fabrics, trims, threads, buttons, labels, and packaging materials

Update stock inward and outward entries in Zoho

Handle data entries and maintain Excel stock sheets

Coordinate material issuance to production teams

Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records

Manage GRN entries and proper storage of materials

Generate inventory and stock reports

Coordinate with production and procurement teams for smooth material flow

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of garment-related raw materials

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry

Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory/Zoho Books preferred

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Freshers with good Excel skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
