Startup Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager Startup Funding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end process of raising funds for startups, including investor outreach, financial preparation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle for startups, from preparation to closure
• Identify and connect with investors, venture capitalists, angel networks, and financial institutions
• Prepare and review pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and valuation reports
• Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify funding opportunities
• Coordinate and lead due diligence processes with investors
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to leadership
• Stay updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding patterns, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in startup funding, investment banking, venture capital, or financial advisory
• Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and capital markets
• Experience in handling end-to-end fundraising processes independently
• Excellent skills in financial analysis and modeling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance / CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior exposure to startup ecosystem or fundraising platforms
