Were hiring for a strategic Staff Product Designer opportunity with a leading global SaaS organization.

This role sits within a platform/core experiences team focused on designing complex admin and workflow experiences at scale. Were looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity, simplify deeply complex systems, and bring strong product thinking into enterprise UX.

What were looking for:

7+ years in Product / UX Design

Strong Enterprise SaaS or B2B platform experience

Experience designing workflows, admin tools, or platform experiences

Systems thinking + end-to-end product ownership

Strong case study portfolio with shipped products

Exposure to AI-assisted workflows / AI-first product experiences is a huge plus

Experience collaborating closely with Product & Engineering teams

Strong Fit Backgrounds:

Salesforce | Atlassian | Adobe | SAP | Microsoft | VMware | Workday | Similar enterprise product companies

Important:

This is NOT a visual/marketing/UI-only role.

We are specifically looking for product designers with strong UX strategy, workflow design, and platform thinking experience.
