Job Title Sr. Project Coordinator MES Transformation

Experience 8 10 years in IT project management, coordination or PMO roles, with exposure to MES implementations or manufacturing IT programs.

Role Summary

This role operates within the MES Transformation pillar of the CTO organisation. It supports our strategic initiative to modernize and integrate Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across our global operations, bridging business and IT to improve operational performance, data traceability and process automation.


Key Responsibilities

Support planning and scheduling

  1. Support planning and scheduling of MES implementation, upgrade and integration activities.

Overall MES Project governance

  1. Assist project leads in preparing detailed project schedules, cutover plans, and dependency maps; coordinate with plant operators, IT and engineering teams to align timelines and ensure readiness milestones.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional meetings, circulate minutes, track follow-ups, and ensure closure of actions.
  3. Prepare project reports, summaries, analytics, and present to senior project stakeholders.
  4. Facilitate communication between MES teams, IT, OT (Operational Technology), and business stakeholders across regions.

Supervision

  1. Maintain RAID logs, status trackers, dashboards, and documentation repositories, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies.
  2. Track vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with timelines, SLAs, contractual obligations.

Provide day to day operational support to Grp CTO office

  1. Provide day-to-day operational support to the CTOs MES programme, as required.
  2. Support compliance, data integrity and governance standards related to MES and manufacturing processes.

3 REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Understanding of MES platforms (PSI, Mainframe and other native MES)
  • and manufacturing execution processes
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, workflows and data flows
  • Ability to interpret process diagrams and integration architectures
  • Experience with ITIL and standard PM tools (MS Project, Power BI etc.)
  • Knowledge of PSI and Mainframe technology (added advantage)



Preferred qualifications


Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
