Job Description

• Manage independently the Finance and Planning of Operations, Credit Management and Marketing Group including Overseas.
• Discharge the Finance responsibilities of Operations, Credit Management and Marketing Group centrally for both UAE & Overseas geographies.
• Ensure strict financial discipline by adhering to the company policies and procedures.
• Manage stakeholder in providing relevant info of the Financials.
• Lead the management information division and report volumes, trends, transactions per staff, and unit costing.
• Provide ad hoc reports and information, trends, and transaction analysis.

Key Result Area:

• Manage individually the Finance and Annual Planning of Operations, Credit Management and Marketing Groups of the Bank.
• Support Cost Centre owners through the budgeting process.
• Ensure for the timely production of monthly financial pack, trend, and analysis and alert the management for any inconsistency.
• Attend to all queries & ad hoc request from stakeholders and resolve on timely basis.
• Implement and work on the Dynamic Cost allocation methodology and track the same.
• Suggest ways for improving the current information availability to assist in Cost Allocation.
• Perform collation, review, and record of groups monthly expense provisions.
• Develop Volume analysis reports, trends, and transaction costing of Operations.
• Delop Resource allocation mix model and alert for the differential cost levers between FTE, RA and the Third-Party Resources including for the Rate card.
• Ensure for the monthly validation and analysis of data from Micro strategy and other automation tools.
