At Flatworld Solutions, a global Tech & BPO company, this role sits at the intersection of legal rigor and operational excellence. Youll be a senior leader in our Bangalore office ensuring our infrastructure supports a 24/7 global workforce, while keeping the company fully compliant and legally protected.

What youll own

Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, SLAs, NDAs and employment contracts end-to-end

Serve as primary liaison with local government bodies and statutory authorities full Kannada fluency is essential

Ensure compliance with Indian corporate law, labour law and BPO/ITES regulations

Engage and manage senior legal counsel for litigation matters

Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all India locations (24/7 environment)

Lead vendor onboarding, contracts and performance management

Own the administrative budget cost control and resource allocation

What were looking for

LL.B from a recognized university (admin/FM certifications are a plus)

Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in a dual Legal + Admin role

Preferred background in BPO, KPO or ITES industry

Exceptional written and spoken English for corporate and international stakeholders

Full professional fluency in Kannada mandatory

Proven track record leading admin teams and large-scale office facilities

(Candidates with requisite experience who want to be In-house counsels with oversight over Admin can also apply)
