We are seeking a full-time Sr Growth Associate to join our team on-site in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and managing key marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate on project management tasks and contribute to the companys overarching growth goals. The Sr Growth Associate will play a critical role in expanding the brands reach globally while maintaining its mission of quality and sustainability.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in market research and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Proven track record in sales and marketing, with the ability to execute and optimize strategies
• Proficiency in project management to ensure timely delivery of goals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the companys growth
• Experience in or familiarity with the consumer goods or F&B industries is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
