Sr Executive - 3D Designer

To create high-impact visualizations that help clients understand the design,

improve proposal win rates, and reduce design iteration cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent

2. Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings

3. Create photorealistic interior and exterior renders

4. Interpret concept designs into compelling visual presentations

5. Support pitch presentations with strong visual storytelling

6. Customize renders based on client preferences and feedback

7. Create quick visualization outputs during negotiations and discussions

8. Build and maintain an internal design asset library for faster turnaround

9. Ensure consistency and high quality across all rendered outputs

Required Experience & Skills

36 Years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs/workplace design

preferred

Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, or related field

Strong portfolio in 3D visualization and rendering

Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or

equivalent tools

Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial visualization

Ability to work under tight deadlines and multiple project requirements

1. Commercial Interior fit-out / Workpace design preferred

2. Strong portfolio in 3D visualization and rendering

3. Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or

equivalent tools
