Sr. Data Scientist

Role Overview -

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to build intelligent AI solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and classical machine learning techniques. The role focuses on developing agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and data-driven models to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Build LLM-powered agents using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph

Develop multi-agent workflows and tool-integrated AI systems

Design and implement RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, context generation)

Apply machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques to structured and unstructured data

Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis

Work with SQL and PySpark for data extraction and transformation

Evaluate model and LLM performance and iterate to improve results

Required Skills

Strong foundation in:

Machine Learning Deep Learning Statistics & Probability Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Hands-on experience with:

LangChain / LangGraph RAG pipelines and embeddings Multi-agent systems / agentic AI

Strong data skills:

SQL PySpark Data preprocessing and feature engineering

Programming:

Proficiency in Python

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)

Familiarity with LLM evaluation and prompt engineering

Experience working on real-world AI/ML use cases
