Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a pediatric specialty center dedicated to supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. The center provides a multi-disciplinary approach, offering services such as Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Counseling, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Individualized Education Programs. OCDRC focuses on fostering positive growth and a holistic development of childrens social, emotional, physical, and intellectual abilities. By emphasizing exceptional therapy quality and encouraging active parent involvement, OCDRC creates a warm, safe, and supportive environment for children with special needs.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders; developing and implementing individualized therapy programs; monitoring progress and adapting plans as needed; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care for children. Additional responsibilities include supporting parents through education and guidance and maintaining detailed records to track the progress of therapy.

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy with expertise in addressing speech and language challenges in children.
• Experience working with Speech, Dysphagia, and related conditions.
• Strong understanding of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families to promote holistic child development.
• Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to support children and their families effectively.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field and relevant certifications or licensure in Speech Therapy.
• Prior experience in pediatric therapy or with children with special needs is an advantage.
