Hiring for SOX Controls Principal Consultant (Level 1 & 2)

Location: Gurgaon (Preferred) | Open to other locations

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in SOX Controls and Finance Domain to join as Principal Consultants. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SOX testing, internal controls, and financial processes within banking or financial services.

Experience & Eligibility:

• Total Experience: 13 18 years
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 10 12 years in SOX/Controls
• Domain: Financial Services / Banking (Mandatory)
• Education: Regular Graduation (Mandatory)
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

SOX & Controls:

• Perform SOX testing (Design & Operating Effectiveness)
• Conduct walkthroughs with process owners
• Identify control gaps and support remediation validation
• Work on internal controls framework (COSO)
• Manage ICMP / Control Monitoring Plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

Finance Domain:

• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting
• Reconciliation
• Financial & Regulatory Reporting
• Understand end-to-end finance processes
• Experience in banking/financial services environment
