Roles & Responsibilities

• Shape what Hello December sells and how it looks in the world.
• Plan and build collections that feel curated, not cluttered.
• Find great vendors, onboard them and build strong partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, timelines and MOQs like a pro.
• Lead private label product development from idea to shelf.
• Own costing, margins and product-level commercial thinking.
• Work with styling, design and sales teams to launch products.
• Track performance and refine assortments based on real data.

Must Have

• Experience in sourcing or merchandising for home or lifestyle brands.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of costing, pricing and product development.
• Ability to juggle taste and commercials together.

Good to Have

• Exposure to private label or export-focused brands.
• Knowledge of global dcor and home trends.
• Experience working directly with artisans and manufacturers.
