Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong project execution experience. Candidates with prior exposure to the solar industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
• Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and on-site activities
• Provide basic technical oversight and resolve site issues
• Support client coordination and project reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in project execution (solar preferred)
• Strong team management and site coordination skills
• Practical understanding of installations, timelines, and problem-solving on-site

Preferred:

• Prior experience in solar EPC projects
• Ability to design Single Line Diagrams (SLD), with a good understanding of electrical systems, procurement processes, and technical drawings.
• Candidates with accountability and field knowledge
