Location: Delhi

Working Days: Monday - Saturday, Flexible working hours

Experience Required: 5+ years

Role: The role is focused on building engaging sports and community-led content across Instagram and other platforms including reels, creator collaborations, event coverage, and user engagement campaigns. They're looking for someone who understands youth culture, trends, and social storytelling, and is comfortable working around offline sports events and activations as well

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and business goals.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, and storytelling-led social media content.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and internal teams for campaign execution.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
• Manage community engagement, audience interactions, and brand conversations across platforms.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creator collaborations, and viral content formats.
• Support influencer marketing and brand partnership initiatives when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook platform best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and social analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and create engaging content ideas.
• Prior experience in consumer brands, startups, sports, lifestyle, or tech-driven businesses is preferred.
