THE ROLE
As NIRU continues to grow its digital presence, we are looking for a sharp, self-driven Social Media Manager to own and evolve our complete social and digital communication ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks strategically and executes independently, from content ideation to publishing, campaign planning to community management, analytics to creative direction. You willleverageAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, research, and digital storytelling.
You will work closely with stakeholders across regions, departments, and leadership teams;collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to bring ideas to life whilemaintainingconsistency across all touchpoints.
Additionally, you will play a foundational role in building the digital identity of our upcoming privatejewelrycollection; defining its voice, aesthetic, and online presence from the ground up. Beyond social, this role extends to broader marketing initiatives: campaign planning, collaborations, events, and digital activations.
We are looking for someone with a strong instinct for luxury brand communication, visual storytelling, and culturally resonantcontent.Someonewhocan seamlessly manage strategy, execution, coordination, and performance in one.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Social Media Strategy & Brand Storytelling
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with NIRU's brand identity and businessobjectives.
- Translate cultural moments, audience insights, and emerging trends into elevated, meaningful brand communication.
Content Creation & Execution
- Own end-to-end content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize, write, design, schedule, and publish content independently including captions, stories, reels, campaign ideas, and visual narratives aligned with our luxury positioning.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support broader brand and marketing initiatives including launches, partnerships, exhibitions,andevents.
- Developmarketing collateral, presentations, and communication assets across digital and offline touchpoints.
Shoot Coordination & Creative Direction
- Plan and direct photo and video shoots asrequired.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, editors, agencies, and internal teams to bring campaigns and visual narratives to life.
Community Management & Engagement
- Manage audience interactions;DMs, comments, and overall digital community presence with professionalism and brand sensitivity.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Track content and campaign performance across platforms using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Pull actionable insights to continuouslyoptimizecontent strategy and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare structured monthly performance reports with clear, data-driven recommendations.
Content Systems &Organization
- Maintain content calendars, asset libraries, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency, quality, and operational efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
Have strong aesthetic sensibilities and a refined visual instinct.
Understand luxury, fashion,jewelry, or premium audiences and communicatewithnuances.
Possess a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and social ecosystems and can translate brandobjectivesinto impactful communication.
Write refined, culturally relevant, and on-brand copy with ease.
Are highlyorganized, proactive, and detail-obsessed;equally comfortable creating, coordinating,analyzing, and problem-solving.
Thrive in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects, teams, and ideas simultaneously.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, AI tools, and evolving digital culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
35 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, branding, or content roles.
Prior experience with luxury,jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands is strongly preferred.
Sound understanding of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and digital promotions.
Excellent copywriting and communicationskills;clear, refined, and compelling.
Hands-onproficiencywith Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and AI-powered creativeandmarketingtools.
Ability to independently manage content calendars and campaign execution end-to-end.
Strong visual sense and exceptional attention to detail.
Photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
A portfolioshowcasingcontent, campaigns, and social media work isrequired.
