We are seeking a detail-oriented Snag Engineer to inspect completed construction and interior works, identify defects, coordinate rectification, and ensure projects are handed over to clients with the highest quality standards.

• Conduct detailed snag inspections of completed civil, architectural, interior, and finishing works.
• Identify defects, incomplete works, and deviations from approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive snag lists with photographs and descriptions.

• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely rectification of snags.
• Follow up until all defects are resolved and verified.
• Ensure punch list items are closed before project handover.

• Maintain snag reports, rectification status, and closure records.
• Prepare handover quality reports and completion checklists.
• Ensure all inspection documents are properly maintained.

• Perform final quality inspections before client handover.
• Ensure apartments, villas, offices, and common areas are ready for possession.
• Assist the project team during client inspections and handovers.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Report recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 38 years of experience in construction quality, finishing, or snagging inspections.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works, interior works, waterproofing, painting, tiling, joinery, doors, windows, plumbing, and electrical finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and mobile inspection/reporting tools.
