Site Supervisor

Job Brief:

We are looking for Project Executives / Site Supervisors to join our growing team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site-related activities and project follow-ups. Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients regarding project activities.
• Monitor site work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in managing labour and on-site operations.
• Maintain project documentation and daily work updates.
• Communicate project progress to internal teams and management.
• Follow up on pending works and support smooth project execution.
• Assist in project handover activities and client coordination.
• Identify and report project-related issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at the site.
• Support the team in planning project timelines and tracking progress.

Requirements and Skills:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination or site management is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
• Interest or knowledge in Interior Design / Interior Projects will be an added advantage.
• Local candidates are preferred.
