Job Description: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Automate operational tasks and improve system scalability
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve reliability

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Linux/Unix environments
• Handson with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Scripting skills in Python/Bash
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE principles

Good to Have:

• Experience handling production incidents in rotational shifts
• Exposure to Terraform or other IaC tools
