About the Role
We are looking for Site Supervisor / Project In charge for Turnkey interior Projects with minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in same field.
Responsibilities
- Having hands on working experience in Turnkey Interior Contracting company
- Can read & analyze drawings & BOQ
- To perform day to day site activities independently
- Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors
- Sound knowledge of various services & MEP works
- Having measurement & billing knowledge
- Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site
- Executing all the site work
- Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries
- Maintains material receipt records
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
- Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing turnkey interior projects
- Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills
