Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior experienced Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee construction activities to ensure projects are executed within specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, communicating with stakeholders, and collaborating with the project team to resolve technical challenges. The role demands a hands-on approach to problem-solving and maintaining compliance with structural and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Residential Construction experience expected between 2 and 5 years.
• DO NOT APPLY IF EXPERIENCE IS BELOW 2 YEARS OR MORE THAN 5.
• Candidate must be residing in bangalore and must be willing to travel to multiple sites across RT Nagar and Vijaynagar.

Qualifications

• Background in BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on work experience in residential construction
• Knowledge of BBS, RMC, Costing and Estimation
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus
• Expertise in quality control practices and adherence to project standards
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices
• Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and ensure efficient project execution
• Familiarity with construction safety guidelines and local building codes
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
