Inara Digital is a strategy-first creative agency working across D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and emerging brands. We build brands through strong ideas and even stronger execution, and shoots are a big part of that process.

Were looking for a Shoot Coordinator or Assistant Director who can take ownership of how content gets planned and executed on ground. This role sits between strategy and execution, making sure whats planned actually gets captured properly.

Youll be working across brands in different industries including F&B, ecommerce, fashion, and jewellery, so you should be comfortable adapting to different types of shoots, products, and creative requirements.

Youll be responsible for planning shoots and formats based on briefs from the strategy team. This includes building shot lists, working on scripts and references, and thinking through how each piece of content will be executed before shoot day.

On shoot days, youll ensure everything runs smoothly and that all required content is captured. This means being detail-oriented, staying on top of timelines, and making sure nothing gets missed. After the shoot, youll organise the content in a way that makes it easy for editors and designers to work with.

Youll work closely with brand strategists, editors, and the wider team, so clear communication and the ability to translate ideas into execution are important.

You'll be on a shoot for about half the working days of the month.

Were looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling fast-paced shoot environments. Some prior experience in content creation, production, or assisting on shoots is important.

A background in film, media, or production is a strong plus. If youve done a BBA in Film and TV Management or a similar course, thats great, but what matters most is your ability to plan and execute well.
