Role Overview
We are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the execution of high-impact CRM campaignsacross global markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, data drivencommunication, and campaign operations.
You will be responsible for managing complex email journeys, coordinating with regionalstakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across automation platforms while maintaininghigh standards of QA and personalization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working onlarge scale marketing programs powered by data and dynamic content.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Build, execute and optimize CRM campaigns across marketing automation platforms
- Manage multi-market campaign deployments with localized content, languages andoffers
- Ensure campaigns follow structured workflows including approvals, testing andscheduling
Dynamic Email Development
- Work with dynamic content frameworks including AMPscript driven templates
- Manage modular email components pulling data from content repositories and dataextensions
- Coordinate closely with developers to ensure correct logic, personalization andautomation triggers
Campaign Operations & QA
- Own campaign QA processes including rendering checks, responsiveness testing andlink validation
- Maintain campaign documentation, deployment calendars and execution logs
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate quick resolution across teams
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams, designers, copywriters and developers
- Manage campaign briefs, content matrices and localization requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across APAC, EMEA and other regions
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign performance including delivery, open rate, engagement andconversions
- Support reporting and insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Recommend improvements in campaign workflows and automation processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 7 years experience in CRM, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua or similar
- Experience working with dynamic email frameworks and personalization logic
- Familiarity with AMPscript or similar scripting logic is preferred
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, QA processes and campaign deploymentbest practices
- Experience managing multi-market or multi-language campaigns is a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Ideal Background
- Experience working with global brands or regional campaign operations
- Exposure to dynamic template ecosystems and automated email personalization
- Comfortable working with campaign data, content matrices and modular email systems
- Agency or high-volume campaign operations experience is preferred
