We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) modules and platform development. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:

• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Agile Development (preferred)

Design and develop:

• Workflows
• Business Rules
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts

Configure:

• Project Workbench
• Planning Console
• Resource Plans

Customize:

• Portfolio Planning
• Investment Funding
• Financial Tracking

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools such as JIRA and MS Project

Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

Ensure platform governance, data integrity, upgrades, and instance maintenance

Required Skills:

Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development

Hands-on expertise with SPM / PPM modules

Strong knowledge of:

• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Glide APIs
• Flow Designer / Workflow Editor

Experience with Demand-to-Project lifecycle management

Understanding of:

• Resource allocation & capacity planning
• Financial planning including cost, budget, and benefit tracking

Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

ServiceNow CSA Certification

CIS-PPM / CIS-SPM Certification

Experience with Performance Analytics

Knowledge of Agile 2.0 / SAFe
