Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM modules
• Good understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

• ServiceNow IRM / GRC (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit)
• ServiceNow Development (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules)
• Flow Designer / Workflow
• JavaScript & Glide API
• REST/SOAP Integrations

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
• Experience with IntegrationHub

Preferred Skills

• Good to Have: ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-IRM)
• Experience with IntegrationHub
