To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a ServiceNow Developer in Pune, India.
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional to support FlexCloud and enterprise ServiceNow platform initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, and support of ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, stability, and scalability across business workflows.
What a typical day looks like:
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications across modules (ITSM, Service Catalog, Integration, etc.)
- Support API integrations, incident fixes, and production issues (P1/P2 handling)
- Participate in UAT, QA validation, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with architects and senior team members on solution design and improvements
- Work in Agile model (story development, sprint commitments, backlog tracking)
- Perform code review fixes and ensure adherence to platform standards
- Support automation, workflows, and catalog development
- Document technical changes and assist in knowledge transfer activities
- Handle improvement and enhancement requests from business teams
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Strong ServiceNow development knowledge:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- Flow Designer, Catalog Items
- REST/SOAP integrations
- Good understanding of:
- ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request)
- CMDB and Discovery (basic understanding preferred)
- Experience with troubleshooting APIs and workflows
- Knowledge of update sets, deployments, and testing
- ~3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development/support
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience in cloud automation environments (good to have)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication with business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced production support environment
- Ownership mindset for delivery and issue resolution
