We are looking for a data-driven PL Operations Leader with 10+ years of experience to manage our workforce and analytical strategy.
The Role
- Team Management: Lead a team focused on Workforce Planning, Scheduling, and Real-Time Analysis (RTA).
- Data Visualization: Build and manage advanced dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
- Strategic Analysis: Drive operational decisions using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for US-based customers and leadership.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 10+ total years, with 2+ years in a people management role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; experience collaborating with US stakeholders is mandatory.
- WFM Expertise: Proven background in workforce optimization and real-time monitoring.
