Role Overview
We are hiring a Service Desk Linguistic (German) professional to provide first-level IT support to international clients. The role requires strong German language skills along with basic technical troubleshooting knowledge to handle end-user issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 Service Desk support in German (calls, email, chat)
- Handle incident management and service requests
- Perform basic troubleshooting for IT issues (hardware/software/network)
- Log and track tickets using ITSM tools
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels
Required Skills
- German Language proficiency (B2 / C1 mandatory)
- Experience in Service Desk / Technical Support (L1)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and applications
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira (preferred)

Qualifications
