Job Title: Service Desk Agent Mandarin Language
Location: Mysuru (Mysore) and nearby locations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Agent with proficiency in Mandarin to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users, handling service requests, and resolving incidents efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English
- Handle incidents, service requests, and queries in a timely manner
- Log and track tickets using the ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required
- Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) mandatory
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of IT support (Windows, MS Office, networking fundamentals)
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Experience:
- 03 years (freshers with Mandarin certification can also apply)
Education:
- Any graduate (preferred: IT / Computer Science background)
Preferred Qualifications:
- HSK certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role
