Experience: Minimum 5 years

Mindfire Technologies is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage and deliver Information Security and cybersecurity projects for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in coordinating security projects, managing customer expectations, driving service delivery excellence, and working closely with technical teams across areas such as SOC, VAPT, GRC, cloud security, infrastructure security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Information Security projects and managed security services.
• Act as the primary coordination point between customers, internal technical teams, project managers, and leadership.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, escalations, and service quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of security assessments, implementation projects, SOC onboarding, compliance engagements, and remediation activities.
• Prepare and present project status reports, service review reports, risk updates, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with SOC, VAPT, GRC, cloud, network, and infrastructure teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage customer communication, meeting schedules, action trackers, and follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to agreed scope, SLA, timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
• Support proposal discussions, project planning, resource coordination, and delivery governance.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure services.
• Good understanding of Information Security domains such as SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, ISO 27001, cloud security, endpoint security, and network security.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing reports, MOMs, project trackers, risk registers, and executive updates.
• Strong coordination skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of project management practices will be an added advantage.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or similar will be preferred.
