Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can manage paid campaigns while also having strong knowledge of SEO. The ideal candidate should be able to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility through both paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing (Paid Ads):

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other channels.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.

Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across channels.

2. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies.

Optimize website content, landing pages, and product pages for search engines.

Work on on-page and off-page SEO (meta tags, backlinks, internal linking, etc.).

Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Strong understanding of SEO (On-page & Off-page)

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush etc.

Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and tagging

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of content marketing is a plus.
