Role Description

This is a full-time, 100% remote role for an SEO / AEO (AI Search Optimization) Specialist & Digital Campaign Manager.

This role is heavily focused on SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization / LLMO), along with digital campaign management. You will be responsible for driving organic search growth, AI search visibility, and long-term authority, while also supporting and managing paid campaigns to maximize overall performance.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes SEO, understands how search is evolving with AI, and can translate that into real visibility and traffic growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Focus: SEO / AEO (LLMO)
  • Own and lead the entire SEO and AEO strategy end-to-end
  • Conduct advanced keyword research focused on search intent, topical authority, and AI discoverability
  • Perform deep technical SEO audits (site health, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals)
  • Optimize all on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, structured content)
  • Build and execute high-quality link-building and authority strategies
  • Develop content strategies aligned with AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)
  • Improve entity recognition, structured data, and semantic SEO signals
  • Monitor and improve rankings, impressions, and organic conversions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand topical authority and search coverage


Secondary Focus: Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS)
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Manage campaign structures to ensure efficiency and avoid overlap
  • Support full-funnel strategies including retargeting and conversion optimization


Analytics & Performance
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Search Console, and ad platforms
  • Track SEO growth alongside paid performance to drive integrated insights
  • Build reports and dashboards with clear, actionable insights
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across organic and paid channels


Ownership & Execution
  • Take full ownership of SEO performance and campaign outcomes
  • Manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
  • Work independently without micromanagement
  • Proactively identify problems and implement solutions
  • Maintain high standards across all deliverables


Qualifications
  • Strong, proven experience in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) this is a must
  • Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of AEO / LLMO (AI Search Optimization)
  • Deep understanding of how search is evolving beyond Google into AI-driven platforms
  • Experience with SEO tools (Search Atlas, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, tracking, and performance measurement (GA4, GSC)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
