Role description
SAP CS Processes experience.
- Field Service with Fixed and T&M (Resource related) Billing
- Service Contract with Fixed Billing, Milestone Billing and Periodic Billing.
- Return and Repair Process
Configuration knowledge of CS Processes from PM and SD module
Knowledge CS-CO integration (Costing, WIP, Settlement). Knowledge of Cost flow and Revenue flow till Profitability analysis
Knowledge about setting up DIP Profile
At least one Implementation Project in CS with all three types of CS processes
Experience in custom developments
Experience in various Types of Interfaces with other systems. Proxy base, ALE, IDOC and RFC
Knowledge about development of New FIORI apps. Knowledge about CDS views
Experience in SD module and PM Module
Experience in configuration of CATS (Cross application Time sheet)
Little knowledge about HR Employee Master and HR Time management
Skills
Mandatory Skills : SAP SD CS
