Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily site management, ensuring project operations align with quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising structural and civil engineering aspects, maintaining quality control, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in On-Site work and Site Management activities.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with teams, clients.
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and ensuring adherence to prescribed standards.
• Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and their practical application.
• Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in residential interior projects is a plus.
