Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building workflow automation solutions, SharePoint customizations, and migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise
• Build and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps
• Develop custom components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React and TypeScript
• Perform SharePoint migration projects (On-Prem to SharePoint Online / Office 365)
• Work on SmartSheet migration and related integrations
• Develop and integrate solutions using JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, XML, REST APIs, CSOM, and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint and Power Platform solutions

Additional Responsibilities

• Work with workflow tools such as SharePoint Designer, Nintex, and K2
• Use migration tools like ShareGate or similar platforms
• Support enterprise migration initiatives (e.g., Lotus Notes to Office 365)
• Implement solutions leveraging Azure, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Search, and SharePoint Search
• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Work with TFS / Azure DevOps for version control and build management
• Collaborate with global teams, especially US-based clients
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Be flexible to travel based on business requirements

• 25 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong expertise in:
• SharePoint Online & On-Premise
• Power Apps & Power Automate
• SPFx with React and TypeScript
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL
• Experience in SharePoint migration projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
