Role: Senior Security & Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer (5+ Years)

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Preferred Experience: 5 + Years

Reporting to: Senior Associate | Digital Practice

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Security & IAM Engineer to lead governance, access control strategy, and compliance initiatives across our environment. This role is critical in driving Zero Trust security principles and ensuring enterprise-wide resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IAM governance frameworks and enforce least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC models.
• Oversee access reviews and lifecycle management (JML processes).
• Design and maintain secrets management solutions (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent).
• Validate and monitor patch compliance and drive remediation.
• Define and enforce encryption standards for data at rest/in transit.
• Champion Zero Trust architectures and identity-driven security.
• Support audit readiness with evidence management and compliance reporting.

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years in Security Engineering / IAM roles.
• Deep expertise in least-privilege, RBAC, ABAC, privileged access management.
• Hands-on with secrets management, patch validation, encryption protocols.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST.
