Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, high-caliber Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience to spearhead development and customization across our complex enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will own the technical design, architectural integrity, and code governance of our Salesforce instanceswith a heavy emphasis on advanced Apex customization, Triggers, and scaling our Revenue/Service/Sales cloud infrastructure. You will write secure, production-grade code while mentoring a team of developers in an fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customization & Apex Mastery: Lead the development of highly customized, mission-critical solutions. Solve complex architectural challenges utilizing advanced Apex (Triggers, Bulkification, Batch, Queueable) while strictly adhering to platform governor limits.
• Architectural Governance: Enforce design reviews and strict code quality standards. You will determine the boundary lines between custom programmatic architecture (Apex/LWC) and declarative automation (Flows) to ensure long-term platform stability.
• Technical Debt Management: Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities for code cleanup, trigger consolidation, and component redesign to optimize performance and reduce system blockages.
• Enterprise Integration: Architect and maintain secure, scalable integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Pub/Sub) connecting Salesforce to critical upstream/downstream backend services and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, subscription management engines).
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the function-wide subject matter expert. Lead code reviews, drive standard deployment practices (CI/CD via Git/Bitbucket), and actively mentor mid-to-junior developers to upskill the team.
• Outcome-Driven Collaboration: Partner closely with Technical Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional engineering pods to translate complex business processes into actionable technical specifications.

Salesforce Development

8+ years of deep programmatic experience on the Salesforce platform, specializing in complex custom business logic.

Advanced Apex

Expert-level proficiency in writing bulkified Apex Triggers, custom frameworks, and handling asynchronous architecture (Batch/Future/Queueable).

UI Frameworks

Hands-on experience building highly reactive custom interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC); familiar with migrating older Aura components.

DevOps & CI/CD

Solid understanding of Git-based version control (Bitbucket/GitHub), branching strategies, and automated deployment pipelines.

Data Architecture

Experience designing data schemas for Large Data Volumes (LDV), optimizing SOQL/SOSL queries, and protecting data security/sharing settings.

Preferred Qualifications & Acumen

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) are a strong plus.
• Prior experience working in environments managing Lead-to-Cash, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or complex enterprise subscription models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skillscapable of defending technical decisions to cross-functional IT leaders and non-technical stakeholders alike.
