Job Title: Senior Associate Refunds

Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai

Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Senior Associate Refunds to manage end-to-end refund processing within the travel domain. The role involves handling refund requests through GDS systems and manual processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Process airline ticket refunds using GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo (GAL)

Handle manual refund cases, including complex and exception scenarios

Verify fare rules, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility before processing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working with GDS platforms: Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo

Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing, and refund procedures

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and coordination skills

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in travel/BPO or airline industry

Experience handling international refund processes
