Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Senior Quality Engineer role based in Noida. The Senior QA Engineer will own end-to-end quality assurance for our mobile(primarily) and web platforms. You'll build and execute comprehensive testing strategies, leverage AI tools to scale QA operations, and ensure our product meets the highest standards of reliability and user experience. In our lean team, you'll drive quality culture and take full ownership of our QA roadmap.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of QA experience in mobile app testing (React Native is a plus)
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and tools
• Hands-on experience with API and backend testing
• Solid understanding of fintech domain and financial product testing
• Proficiency with version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze quality metrics
• Comfortable with AI tools and test automation platforms
• Experience in agile/fast-paced startup environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-starter who takes ownership of quality outcomes
• Bonus: Performance testing, security testing, or manual testing expertise
