About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade Generative AI and agentic AI solutions for global clients. This role requires strong expertise in Python engineering, hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices
• Architect and build GenAI and agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from requirement gathering to production deployment
• Design and implement LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration systems
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions in production
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into AI solutions
• Drive adoption of latest GenAI tools, trends, and best practices

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Python development with scalable backend systems
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex
• Expertise in designing multi-agent workflows, prompt pipelines, and tool integrations
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps, monitoring, evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and production systems
• Experience in leading teams and working with enterprise/global clients
